Work the round, then write down what held together.
Shinclock is an independent Muay Thai practice companion. It includes thirty-six movement studies in six stages, twelve editable starting plans, three four-week progressions, a timer, a journal and portable backups.
How to use the movement studies
Our rigged 3-D human models show authored solo movements with camera, phase and speed controls. They are rehearsal cues for techniques you have learned with a qualified coach. They cannot show every joint angle, assess your form or determine what is appropriate for you.
Sequence previews illustrate order and timing. Contact drills need suitable equipment and appropriate supervision.
